I don't know if it was boredom or curiosity, in any case I got carried away with ordering the black Teflon tape from PowAir - mind you, at a really high price... you can probably get a whole roll for it at the hardware store ;- )
Nevertheless, of course, everything has its reason and probably its justification.
The PowAir black Teflon strip is "allegedly" thicker than standard white Teflon strip.
What I agree with immediately, however, is that the black Teflon bar looks much nicer on every regulator or connection on your paintball marker, like white Teflon tape where you can tell from afar that there was tinkering.
It remains to be seen whether there is a surcharge for this cosmetic upgrade - considering what we otherwise "rattle" every weekend - it can also be Teflon tape for 3 euros ;-)
