It felt like the Virtue Spire IV Hopper was a paintball loader in perfection - but Virtue probably didn't want to rest on that and went one step further.

Apart from the unbelievable price, the Spire Loaders are probably the best hoppers - not the other, you should more than fulfill the idea of "conveying balls", no, for me the Spire has always been the top hopper - if only because it's the only loader is which actually works with Reballs.

Virtue Spire V Facts:
- it is rumored to be the best loader on the market
- new colors / "old" design
- new dual sensor technology
- safe quick-release fastener for the hopper shells
- Virtue Crown speedfeed and cap included

The Spire 5 definitely stayed true to its proven sleek looks.

The hopper shells make an indestructible impression from the plastic, the upper shell is connected to the lower shell by a hinge - simply press the push button and open to get to the inside of the hopper.
The system / lock known from the Spire 4 has been overhauled - an unintentional opening of the hopper should thus be a thing of the past

In general, all hopper components of the Virtue Spire V Loader can be disassembled more quickly, easily and, above all, without additional tools than ever before.

The new Virtue Spire Hopper holds approx. 230 paintballs (formerly Spire 3 200). This is definitely an advantage, mainly because the hopper is neither larger nor heavier, but the inner workings seem to have moved closer together.

To ensure that all of these paintballs reliably find their way to the exit or into your marker, the Virtue Spring Ramp is again permanently installed on the new Virtue Spire 5 Loader and does not have to be purchased separately.

The Spire 5 Loader uses dual sensor technology to provide a non-stop supply of paintballs - a sensor checks that balls are on the move, a pressure sensor ensures that subsequent paintballs are gently "pushed" in the right direction.

Really cool (for me as an old school paintballer) - the new Spire 5 has no adjustment options.
In other words, thanks to Virtue's many years of hopper experience, the new loader is optimally set at the factory - no more tinkering or adjustments are necessary, the hopper professionals at Virtue have already done this for you.

The Virtue Crown SF2 Speedfeed or the Rain Lid (cover) can also be installed without tools or removed again in a flash.
A hot tip here - the best (and coolest) speedfeed on the scene are the new HK Army EVO Pro speedfeeds - made entirely of aluminum for style and sustainability!

As far as battery consumption is concerned, the Virtue Spire 5 is again a very economical hopper.
He doesn't need much in general and when he doesn't have to work, the LED displays dim to save some juice.

The conical drivetrain that transports the paintballs has also been revised a bit.
This is again held and fixed by magnets, which means that it can be easily pulled out of the loader for cleaning, for example.
The fingers that transport the paintballs have been made even softer - whether bad/out-of-round or extremely brittle paintballs, the Spire 5 Loader transports everything into your marker in record time without any problems!

What was also new with the drivetrain, the individual rubber fingers can now be changed when they show wear and the entire cone does not have to be replaced.

The Spire 5, which comes very close to its predecessor, makes a very good impression on me in terms of workmanship and quality.

The hopper builders have made an effort again - no wonder that the Spire is played by so many players and can be seen at tournaments!

Even if I've never officially played a Spire - for me it's definitely one of the most reliable and best loaders on the market!
