The double-barreled paintball shotgun is operated with a CO2 cartridge which is located in the handle. This is only pierced by a blow on the handle, and the HDS is ready for use in a flash with constant full pressure.
The 16 joules mentioned "shred" quite well, whereby the barrels can be fired individually or both at the same time.
