You don't want the cheapest beginner's paintball marker?
What counts for you is a reliable marker that never lets you down, works gently and cleanly and makes your opponent curse?
You don't want to have to deal with your device too much - i.e. changing the battery and maintenance are a nightmare for you?
Annoyance during your paintball trip is an absolute "no go"?
Yes then, exactly then - the new Planet Eclipse EMEK is the perfect paintball marker for you!
Here as a complete set with PAL loader and air system - meaning the fun can start right away!
Planet Eclipse EMEK 100 facts at a glance:
- best quality from Planet Eclipse
- ergonomic, light and sexy
- works pneumatically (not mechanically)
- gentle, quiet and very precise
It was priced relatively high for a beginner's marker, so I was happy to refer to the usual, very inexpensive "blow back markers".
The marker became interesting to me when I shot it for a test: Acoustics and softness of a pneumatic marker, but without a lot of technology and frills on a "mechanical basis" - a very interesting mixture!
At first I was just missing the idea of who this marker should be tailored for.
Especially among beginners, there are those who just want it to be cheap, or the other hobby players who have already been intoxicated by the firepower of the electropneumatic cannons.
As a result of some, in this case happy, inquiries from new customers, the EMEK stepchild came into the light, since the following requirements or ideas were placed on the first marker, and the EMEK from Planet Eclipse fully met them:
- it should be a decent marker, not a cheap paint slingshot but not an overly expensive gun either
- it should be reliable and always work properly
- robust, so that you can enjoy it for a long time and there are no constant expenses and trouble with spare or wear parts
- simple and low-maintenance, because if you go paintball or even take a trip to the Czech Republic, you want to have pure fun. and doesn't want to bother with tiresome repairs
- and of course it should have a better performance than the usual rental markers of the fields - you want to have a decisive advantage in the color battle over colleagues who rent a device ;-)
- last but not least, the conversion of the German version to higher speeds for games abroad was also discussed.
This should be quick, easy and clean - so that it can then be easily restored to the legal, German original state
All these requirements have been really difficult to cover without already finding yourself in a higher price segment - but the Planet Eclipse EMEK more than lives up to them all - and the price is really a real pleasure for the gun you get for it !
So, long story short, no sense at all - I actually wanted to get to the actual product description much earlier.
As described, the EMEK is a mechanical/pneumatic marker for beginners and hobby players.
This means that the bolt uses the same technology as its big, electric brothers ETHA, GTEK and GTEK 160/170 R, but the shot itself is triggered by a mechanical trigger.
On the one hand, this results in a very quiet shot, on the other hand, this unusually fine technique for a beginner marker accelerates the ball very gently, which means that the shot pattern is very precise and the paintball bolt is very gentle.
Only the firepower (shots per second) is of course not as high as with the electric colleagues due to the mechanical trigger.
Honestly, you can't compare the feeling of shooting with other mechanical "blow back" markers - there really are worlds in between!
The marker in general has a rather sporty design, but can also be converted into a "tactical" cannon in connection with the EMC kit.
The body, the attachments and the design are very robust made of aluminum or plastic, you will never have to complain about broken parts.
What the Etha also brings "out of the box" is that it is compatible with the Planet Eclipse PAL Loader. It is quasi "PAL ready" and thus this hopper also ensures the perfect supply of paintballs.
As expected, the PAL loader and the necessary air system are included in this starter set!
Where savings were made on the EMEK is the standard barrel which is included in the scope of delivery, as a result of which the high precision of the marker suffers somewhat.
This can be remedied by ordering your new EMEK set with the two-piece Planet Eclipse Shaft4 tuning barrel.
Here you will find the EMEK starter set with Shaft 4 tuning barrel - in which the "stove pipe" has already been replaced by a sporty 14 inch barrel As described above, this marker is fairly low maintenance, or in other words, what little there is to do can be done in an estimated 57 seconds. So we come to the end of the product description of the EMEK - at this point I'm so sorry for texting you! This beginner marker from Planet Eclipse has really grown on me and is a great product for me as a dealer to offer to beginners. You won't regret the purchase and I'm already looking forward to processing your order! Available from us with German approval! On request, we can convert the EMEK to the export version for Austrian customers free of charge, so that there is maximum firepower! Proof of age required! Scope of delivery EMEK starter set:
Since the marker works finer than other "blow back" markers, it is recommended to always clean and grease the bolt after playing.
The bolt itself can be unscrewed without tools, cleaned with a cloth, greased and screwed in again. I think also possible in 48 seconds ;-)
The feedback from my customers is tremendously good and I wanted to bring all these advantages closer to you, so that you too decide for the "better choice" and thus for unrestricted gaming fun at a high level!
