These are "prepared" in water and then reach the size that they can be used in 3 to 4 hours.

The elastic bucket can be folded up small for storage or transport, and when it is used it can be expanded to its full size with a flick of the wrist "unfolds"
Up to 15,000 gel balls can be placed in one of the colorful buckets. Once these have reached the optimal size after 4 hours, the remaining water can simply be poured out using the sieve lid without losing valuable ammunition.
