With the new Planet Eclipse EGO LV2 paintball marker came the latest S63 barrel from PE - a top barrel system and now also available individually!
According to Planet Eclipse the best running system they have made to date!

Basically, the proven technology of barrel and sleeve inserts was adopted with the Shaft S63 Pro Barrel.
The difference that I immediately noticed compared to the Freak XL sleeves was that the sleeves of the S63 barrel are about 1.5 cm longer.
This results in a ticking more precision, less "bang" when shooting combined with less air consumption.
The S63 sleeve also lies directly in the breach thanks to its "edge", i.e. thanks to a radius on the edge, the paintball gets into the barrel almost seamlessly without a transition - Planet Eclipse promises a lot from this small detail, which from a technical point of view also makes sense.
In the near future, a short running front will probably follow (very cool!) as well as an insert for First Strike Paintballs, which will also give EMF100 MagFed players their pleasure.
The barrel system is delivered here with an insert/casing 0.689 - suitable for being able to shoot everything.

I can't say whether you should replace an existing barrel system with the Shaft S63 barrel.
However, if you play a Planet Eclipse Marker (or of course any other cannon with an AC thread) and are looking for more precision, it is the Planet Eclipse Shaft S63 barrel the latest barrel system you can choose
